What we collect, and why.
Mera Renovation & Upholstery collects only what is needed to quote and carry out renovation and restoration work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect the name, email address, phone number, project location, timing and description you enter, along with any photographs you choose to attach. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send us there.
Why we collect it
To assess your project, prepare an estimate, reply to you, and — if you go ahead — to plan and carry out the work. Photographs are used to understand the condition of a piece or space before we see it in person.
Where it is stored
Estimate requests are delivered by email and stored by our website host, Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Canada. Optional signups for seasonal care notes are stored the same way. Invoices prepared in our internal Project Studio are stored on the office device that created them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are removed once they are clearly no longer active. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require.
Using your project in our portfolio
We only publish photographs of completed work, and we ask first. Your name and address are never published alongside a project.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from care notes at any time. Email alldonerenovationes@gmail.com and we will respond within one business day.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
